Shipping Insurance

Our warranty protects you (the Client) from loss or damage during transit of your order. It is important that the Receiver records any visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt and that this is signed by the courier where possible. This constitutes legal evidence in support of such a claim.  We might ask you to send us a copy of this receipt in order to process the claim.
